Paradise Residence is a private home design that combines clean architectural forms with natural textures and connected living spaces. Orientation, views, access and the relationship with planting guide the composition. The concept brings together indoor rooms, shaded outdoor areas and places for leisure.
CONCEPT
The design balances restrained volumes with stone, timber and metal details. Windows, terraces and entrances connect the house with its setting, while selected feature surfaces create points of interest. The interior and outdoor programmes are considered as parts of the same residential experience.
DETAILS
Materials: Natural stone, including Calacatta marble, is paired with timber and metal accents. Variations in texture, tone and finish give depth to the composition without relying on a single decorative feature.
Interior programme: Custom cabinetry, furniture and ceiling details shape the living spaces. Bathrooms are planned with freestanding baths and rain showers, extending the material palette into the private rooms.
Light and circulation: Floating stair forms, feature walls and skylights are part of the architectural concept. They combine practical roles with distinct focal points in the design.
Technology and outdoor life: The brief includes controls for lighting, climate, security and entertainment. The outdoor programme brings together an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen and fire-pit areas.
