The interior design for Alps Residence brings Art Deco geometry into a mountain home through stone, timber, metal details and custom furniture. A sculptural staircase and patterned balustrade give the entrance hall a strong focal point. Beyond the arrival space, the programme balances shared living and dining areas with private suites and rooms for leisure.
CONCEPT
The concept uses a consistent palette to connect rooms with different functions. Earth tones, textured surfaces and metallic accents provide continuity, while individual spaces have their own scale and character. Natural light and views of the surroundings remain part of the interior composition.
DETAILS
Living spaces: A double-height living room, marble fireplace and custom chandelier establish the main gathering space. Seating and geometric rugs introduce softer textures around the room's architectural features.
Dining and kitchen: The formal dining area is organised around a table with brass and marble finishes. The open kitchen combines a large island with lacquered cabinetry, supporting preparation, dining and conversation.
Private suites: The principal suite includes a private terrace, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Guest suites use custom furniture and a related palette to carry the interior concept into the more private rooms.
Leisure rooms: The programme includes a home theatre with acoustic panels and custom seating. A separate entertainment lounge brings together a bar and gaming area.
