Alps Residence is a 2,000 m² private mountain residence design arranged across three levels. The concept combines Art Deco geometry with panoramic glazing and terraces that connect the house to its surroundings. Shared living spaces, private suites and leisure areas form a programme for both everyday life and hosting guests.
CONCEPT
A symmetrical composition and stepped rooflines give the facade a clear structure. Stone, timber and metal details bring texture to the exterior, while large windows and terraces keep the landscape present inside. The entrance establishes a central axis that links the architecture with the approach through the garden.
DETAILS
Facade and arrival: Layered horizontal lines, vertical detailing and a central entrance define the composition. Panoramic windows and glass terrace balustrades balance the more solid parts of the facade.
Three-level programme: The ground floor brings together the living room, dining area, kitchen and a guest suite. The upper floor contains the principal suite with a private terrace and additional bedrooms. The lower level accommodates entertainment, spa and fitness spaces.
Materials and continuity: Marble, brass and dark timber connect the architectural concept with the interiors. Repeated geometric details carry the Art Deco influence across the different spaces.
Garden and leisure: The landscape proposal responds to the mountain setting with planted areas and outdoor places to relax. A heated pool and lounge area extend the leisure programme beyond the enclosed rooms.
